World Oceans Day

On June 8, we’re joining over 200 Relais & Châteaux chefs around the world to celebrate World Oceans Day and marine biodiversity under the theme Fish Unknown. We are honoring underutilized and sustainable seafood species with a featured dish that will remain on our menu throughout the summer — Black Cod crudo with passion fruit and chili oil.
