Dining: What onsite dining will be available?
Magdalena, our newly conceptualized Maryland Bistro, will be open for dinner service Tuesday – Saturday at limited capacity from 5pm-9pm beginning October 9. Hours are subject to change.
-Reservations are required. A maximum of six guests are allowed per reservation.
-Masks must be worn by guests at all times when moving throughout the restaurant. Masks may be removed once sitting down.
-To ensure a pleasant and safe dining experience, table spacing has been adjusted to allow six feet between diners. To ensure proper spacing, guests will be seated at every other booth, or every other table for tables that cannot be moved.
-Restaurant team members are required to wear masks at all times during service.
–Disposable paper menus are discarded after each use. The Wine and Whiskey lists are presented by request, and cleaned and sanitized after each use.
-While we are always diligent in maintaining health and sanitation codes, all surfaces will be sanitized with increased regularity.
-Outdoor dining in the Courtyard and Terrace is available as weather permits.
-In-room dining is delivered to hotel guests in their room or to an appropriate table in Ivy Hotel public space, and for contactless service is delivered packaged as if to-go.
What additional protective measures are you taking?
Each of our hotel associates is completing a COVID-19 Training Certification Course through the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA) Safe Stay Program.
We chose to remain closed through Summer 2020 to install state-of-the-art HVAC and air filtration systems in the hotel, restaurant and spa to maintain our mission of keeping our guests and associates’ health and safety our top priority. Three air changes occur each hour using 100% outdoor air (every seventeen minutes).
