During this time of distance and uncertainty, we are choosing to focus on slowing down, staying connected and – most importantly – spreading joy. Each week, we will be sharing a behind-the-scenes look into a piece of the Ivy magic for you to recreate while staying at home. From favorite Magdalena recipes, to at-home spa tips, we hope you will use #IvyAtHome as a resource to incorporate some little luxuries into your new day-to-day, whatever that may look like for you.
In honor of Preakness, one of Maryland’s most loved traditions, we put our spin on two classic cocktails to sip on while celebrating the weekend at home.
The Ivy’s treasured tradition of tea is the perfect compliment for a classic yet contemporary take on race-day libations — The Min-Tea Black Eyed Susan & Mint Meritage Tea Julep.
Our Preakness traditions aired this morning on WJZ. Watch here!

4oz Sweet Mint Tea*
Directions: Shake, Strain over Fresh Ice.
Squeeze a wedge of Lemon over the top, and drop in!
