A Celebration of Champagne's Glorious Beginnings

The House of Ruinart is unlike any other. It was the first established House of Champagne in 1729, inspired by the intuition of a monk well ahead of his time.

We’ve partnered with Ruinart to bring you a luxurious evening spent with winemaker, Louise Bryden. Louise is a part of the Ruinart tasting committee and also travels the world sharing Ruinart’s vision for the ultimate sparkling expressions of Chardonnay.

Maison Ruinart Winemaker Regale with Louise Bryden
Thursday, November 14 at 6:00 PM

The evening will begin in The Ivy Hotel with the opportunity to learn about the rich history of Champagne production at Maison Ruinart directly from one of its esteemed winemakers while we acquaint ourselves with Ruinart Blanc de Blancs.

Following, we will convene in Magdalena’s Wine Cellar and Tasting room for a 3-Course meal from the creative mind of our Executive Chef, Mark Levy, and his Culinary Team. Each course will be paired with a distinct realization of Champagne by Maison Ruinart.

The wines on feature for the evening will be:

-Ruinart Rosé

-A select vintage Dom Ruinart Rosé

-Two more vintage selections of Dom Ruinart

It is sure to be a spirited and bubbly affair and we look forward to welcoming you!
