Spa at The Ivy Hours

Sunday – By appointment only – 24 hours notice required

Monday – Closed

Tuesday – 12:00pm – 5:00pm

Wednesday-Saturday – 10:00am – 7:00pm

Spa at The Ivy: What protective measures are in place in the Spa?

-The Spa is operated based on guidelines provided by the CDC, the Maryland Department of Health, and the Maryland Board of Massage Therapy Examiners. 

-Associates and technicians wear N95 masks and change coverings after each guest treatment. 

-An increased time interval between spa appointments allows for in-depth cleaning and disinfection of the treatment room. In addition, each area in the Spa is deep-cleaned morning and evening, and physical distancing will be observed.

-All spa bookings are by appointment only, and will be scheduled to best comply with physical distancing and foster optimal air flow.

-If you are unwell, or have any symptoms of sickness on the day of your appointment, we respectfully ask that you reschedule.

-Bring only what is required during the course of the visit, for example: purse, keys, wallet, and/or phone.

-Spa use is limited to individuals or couples, with no more than one guest per treatment room at this time. 

-Please do not bring a companion on the day of your appointment unless that companion is also scheduled for an appointment.

-A verbal health screening and temperature check will be performed prior to treatment.

-Treatments will be offered in the Spa only.

-The following services are not currently available: Manicures, Pedicures, Makeup Application, or Hair Blowouts.

-Upon completion of the final service, each guest will have the option to privately enjoy the The Spa’s Relaxation space for up to 30 minutes.
